1.1 By order on our Website/show-room, you are agreeing to our terms & conditions including all
relevant policies. Please review our Warranty and Return Policy prior to placing order.
1.2 In these Terms and Conditions, “we” and “us” mean OK Life Pty Limited

3. Pricing Policy
3.1 We reserve the right to change prices for Products displayed at www.sydneybed.com.au at any
time ‘before you place an Order’.
3.2 The price of products shown excludes delivery costs.
4. Payment Methods And Processing
4.1 We currently accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa and Master Card only. Please Note:
(1) We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
(2) You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.
4.2 We reserve the right to adjust your invoice if:
(1) you can not work out your exact delivery fees;
(2) you buy multiple products for combined delivery, in which cases, please proceed to buy
the items and contact us.
5. Delivery of Products
5.1 Deliveries will be normally made within 3-7 days after receiving payment. All deliveries are to your
property kerbside only unless specified. You are required to take the items into your property by

indicated on your Order Confirmation/Tax invoice; however, we do not guarantee that we will
deliver within this time frame. Occasionally, some delays may occur from our couriers that we have

5.4 Due to occupational health and safety reasons, someone must assist the courier driver with
unloading the item if the items are too heavy for one person to carry on their own. If you

the arranged day, a second delivery fee will be charged.
5.6 Goods can be held at the warehouse for maximum of 14 days from delivery/pick-up date otherwise

5.7 The customer must sign for the delivery docket. Please check all goods conditions carefully before
signing off ‘Good conditions’ on delivery and on pick-ups as ‘late claims’ for damages will never be

6.1 All products come with a standard 12 month warranty (unless specified otherwise) with the
purchase receipt only.
6.2 We reserve the right to substitute replacement with a similar product should stock become

7. Cancellation / Refund Policy
7.1 Should you cancel this sale after paying a deposit, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total purchase
7.2 You must check that the item is suitable for your needs, as we are not obliged to refund or
exchange for a change of mind purchase or incorrect choice/size (No exception).
7.3 Manufacturing faults to ‘self assembly products’ must be reported to the store within 24 hours of
delivery/pick-up. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, and
will not accept damage claims to the products or parts after the product has been partially or
7.4 The warranty does not cover the cost of transport. Collection& exchange delivery (2times delivery
fee) must be paid by buyer for the warranty. Product must be in its original condition (plastic
seals unbroken), any small damages will render this policy. You will be contacted as soon as your
goods arrive. Please ensure that your items are suitably packaged in order to prevent during
delivery. We will not accept obligation for those items damaged whilst in transit back to us.
7.5 Even you purchased your products during a free delivery period, the actual delivery fee (which we
normally charge outside this special period) will be deducted from the refund.

8.1 Email addresses of all customers shall be kept private and www.sydneybed.com.au may on timely
basis send out a promotional email news-letter. Customers those who do not wish to receive our
promotional offer can unsubscribe the new-letter by replying the email back to the sender.
8.2 We will use our best efforts to keep your details private. All the information we
collect from the customer is kept strictly secured. This information is used to provide better
customer services for you.
8.3 We will not use/disclose your email address/other information for any other
purpose, without your prior written consent.
